Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Cloackit (the "Service"), including the dashboard, API, hosted pages, white-page generation, traffic-filtering engine and session recording. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Cloackit provides traffic-filtering ("cloaking") tools, an AI white-page generator, hosted page delivery, optional domain connection, and visitor session recording. The Service decides, per visitor, whether to show a compliant "safe" page or your configured destination based on rules you control.
We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We will give reasonable notice of material changes that adversely affect paid features.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials and API keys secure.
You must provide accurate information and keep it current. We may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or are used in violation of these Terms.
3. Acceptable use
Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. You are solely responsible for your traffic, destinations, offers and content, and for complying with all applicable laws and the policies of any third-party platform you advertise on.
4. Billing, credits & wallet
The Service uses cloaking credits (per plan) and a wallet balance (USD) for one-off actions such as AI white-page generation and connected domains. Prices are shown in the dashboard before purchase.
Plan fees are billed in advance and, except as stated in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, are non-refundable. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all fees incurred.
5. Your content & responsibility
You retain ownership of the pages, offers and materials you provide or generate. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and deliver them to operate the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring your destinations and offers are lawful and that your use of cloaking complies with the terms of the ad networks and platforms you use. We are a neutral tool provider and do not endorse or review your campaigns.
6. Availability & changes
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may perform maintenance, impose rate limits, or suspend features to protect the platform.
7. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, for non-payment, or where required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time; see the Refund & Cancellation Policy for billing effects.
8. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloackit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, ad-account actions, or platform decisions. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the 3 months before the claim.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
