Service Level Commitment

This describes the availability we target for Cloackit. It is a good-faith commitment, not a contractual guarantee unless stated in a separate signed agreement.

Availability target

We aim for 99.9% monthly availability of the core filtering API and dashboard, excluding scheduled maintenance and factors outside our reasonable control.

Fail-open by design

If the decision engine is briefly unreachable, the hosted cloak is designed to fail open (allow) within a short timeout, so visitors are not stranded. You can tune this behavior in your flow settings.

Maintenance

We perform maintenance to keep the platform secure and reliable, and aim to schedule disruptive work during low-traffic windows.
