Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out prohibited uses of Cloackit. It is part of our Terms of Service. We may update it as threats and platform rules evolve.
Your responsibility
Cloackit is a neutral traffic-filtering and page-hosting tool. You are solely responsible for your destinations, offers, creatives, and for complying with all applicable laws and the terms of any advertising platform or network you use.
Prohibited content & activity
You may not use the Service to host, deliver, promote, or facilitate:
- Anything illegal in the operator's or the visitor's jurisdiction.
- Malware, phishing, credential theft, or deceptive software downloads.
- Child sexual abuse material, content sexualizing minors, or human trafficking.
- Fraud, scams, deceptive financial schemes, or money laundering.
- Sale of weapons, explosives, illegal drugs, or other regulated goods to those not legally permitted.
- Content that infringes intellectual property or violates privacy rights.
- Harassment, hate speech, incitement to violence, or terrorism.
Platform & network compliance
You are responsible for understanding and following the policies of the platforms you advertise on. Using Cloackit does not exempt you from those policies, and we do not guarantee any particular advertising outcome or account status.
Technical abuse
You may not:
- Attack, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data.
- Resell or sublicense the Service without authorization, or share credentials/API keys to circumvent plan limits.
- Use the Service to attack, probe, or disrupt third-party systems.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts without notice where necessary. Report abuse to abuse@cloackit.com.
